Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all subscription orders
- Free standard shipping on one-time orders over 500 SEK (or the local-currency equivalent)
- Standard shipping (1-3 business days) on smaller orders, from 39 SEK — rates vary by country
- Home delivery available in selected countries at checkout
International Shipping
We ship across the EU, the UK, the US, Canada, and a number of other markets. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery country. Customs fees and import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@drinkmoby.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different quantity or subscription option, contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
