Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days): 49 SEK
- Express shipping (1-2 business days): 99 SEK
International Shipping
We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and select EU countries. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@drinkmoby.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different quantity or subscription option, contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
