By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
3. Products
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions or are taking medication.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (e.g., Klarna, credit/debit cards). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement is formed when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. For detailed shipping information, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. For subscription orders, please refer to section 9 for additional withdrawal terms.
To exercise this right, notify us at hello@drinkmoby.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us.
Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery, for health protection or hygiene reasons.
8. Returns and Refunds
Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time orders only. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscription deliveries.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
9. Subscriptions
MOBY offers products that can be purchased through a subscription, which will automatically renew unless canceled. By placing a subscription order, you expressly agree to the terms of the auto-renewal offer described below.
Subscription Orders
If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged through the payment method you provide at the delivery cadence of your choosing (the "billing period"). By submitting your initial subscription order, you accept and agree to recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer portal at drinkmoby.com/account or by contacting us at hello@drinkmoby.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will still receive any order that has already been processed.
Billing Information
You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information. You must promptly update your payment details if your credit card is canceled, expires, or is otherwise no longer valid. Changes can be made through the customer portal or by contacting our support team.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Right of Withdrawal for Subscriptions
Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) applies to each individual delivery within your subscription, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right for a specific delivery, contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The information provided on this website, including product descriptions and blog content, is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

11. Defective Products
Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to claim remedies for defective products for up to 3 years from purchase. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of MOBY Nutrition AB and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOBY Nutrition AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.

These Terms of Service are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts.
